It is licensed in the states of Nevada and Colorado and is regulated by the state of Nevada, Department of Business and Industry, Financial Institutions Division. Dunham Trust opened in 1999 with the core belief that cultivating highly personal service would make a positive difference in providing exceptional trust administration services. Jeffrey A. Dunham

Founder, Chairman, & CEO

Jeffrey A. Dunham is Chairman and CEO of Dunham. Jeffrey began Dunham in 1985, with the belief that Sub-Advisers should be paid based on their ability to outperform their stated benchmark. He has a B.S. from San Diego State University and FINRA Series 3, 4, 7, 24, 52, and 63 registrations.

Ann Rosevear, Esq.

President And Chief Trust Officer

Ann Rosevear serves as President and Chief Trust Officer for Dunham Trust, providing expert structuring and administration of trusts to Dunham Trust’s most complex clients. Prior to joining Dunham Trust in 2014, Ann spent 14 years as a principal attorney at Walsh, Baker, Rosevear & Loomis, P.C. in Reno, NV. Ann is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas Honors College and Gonzaga University School of Law.

Helmut Boisch, PMP

Chief Operating Officer

Helmut Boisch is the Chief Operating Officer of Dunham & Associates Investment Counsel, Inc. (Dunham). Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Helmut served in a variety of roles including Global Head of Vendor Management for Allianz Global Investors with a team located in Frankfurt, Munich, New York, and San Diego. Helmut received his MBA in Organizational Management with Honors from Eastern University in Pennsylvania and carries a B.A. from Rutgers University in New Jersey with a double major in Economics and German and has attained the Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certificate from the Project Management Institute. He has a FINRA Series 7 and 24 license and is a military veteran of the US Armed Forces.

Viktoria Palermo, CRCP®, CICCP, CSCP

Chief Compliance Officer

Viktoria Palermo, CRCP®, CICCP, CSCP, is the Chief Compliance Officer for Dunham & Associates Investment Counsel, Inc. and the Dunham Funds. She also serves as BSA/ AML Compliance Officer for Dunham Trust Company. With over 20 years of industry experience, Viktoria has a strong background in compliance, supervision and overall operations of the Broker-Dealer and Investment Adviser. Viktoria earned the Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional (CRCP)® designation from the FINRA Institute at Georgetown University, and the Certified Investment Company Compliance Professional (CICCP) and Certified Securities Compliance Professional (CSCP) designations from the National Society of Compliance Professionals (NSCP), in partnership with the University of St. Thomas School of Law. Viktoria holds the FINRA SIE, Series 24, 7, 51, 4, 66 and 63 registrations.

Ryan J. Dykmans, CFA

President & Chief Investment Officer

Ryan Dykmans, CFA, is the President and Chief Investment Officer for Dunham & Associates Investment Counsel, Inc. As a member of the team since 2004, Ryan has served the firm in various roles. Ryan has a Bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of Redlands and holds FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 registrations, and has attained the CFA ® Chartered Financial Analyst designation with membership in the CFA Society San Diego and the CFA Institute.

Jennifer Gardyne, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Jennifer Gardyne is the Chief Financial Officer for Dunham & Associates Investment Counsel, Inc. Jennifer is an accomplished financial executive and a Certified Public Accountant with over two decades of experience leading finance and accounting functions. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting) from California State University San Marcos and is an active CPA in California. Passionate about leadership and talent development, Jennifer has served on multiple boards and advisory councils, including Women in Leadership and the YMCA Board of Managers.
